Do you charge more for after-hours or weekend callouts?
We quote a flat callout rate before any work begins, seven days a week. You'll always see the price in writing before we start, with no hidden after-hours surprises.
What should I do while I wait for the plumber to arrive?
For a burst pipe or major leak, turn off the water at your main shut-off valve. For a suspected gas leak, turn off the gas at the meter if it's safe to do so, avoid switches or naked flames, ventilate the area, and call us or 000 if you smell gas strongly.
