Eventra was founded in 2013 by Isla Whitfield after a decade producing conferences and weddings for Sydney's leading venues. Today, our team of 14 planners, stylists and production crew has delivered more than 350 events across Greater Sydney — from harbourside weddings to 800‑guest corporate galas.

For weddings and large corporate functions, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months ahead to secure preferred Sydney venues and dates. Smaller private events and product launches can often be arranged within 4 to 8 weeks.
